The cartoon, if you’ve ever had an opportunity to watch it, is pithy, irreverent, and hilarious.
Describing what amounts to a fancy “light brite” as ‘an improved explosive device’ or ‘pipebomb’ strains belief, and demonstrates the level of control-induced insanity now prevalent in the new Orwellian security state that is the US.
Talk of 2 to 5 years imprisonment (per sign) for placing harmless lighted signage just because the security state overreacted like some kind of bungling Inspector Cluso is sheer lunacy. What the $&%! kind of mentally unbalanced nation has this country become?
My favorite quote (and straight out of either Orwell, or some jedi mind trick):
“Public safety officials are all working together.”
“There is no time for anyone to panic.”
“We believe we have the situation in hand.”
“Go about your business.”
All that’s missing is either “These are not the droids you are looking for” or “War is peace, Freedom is slavery, Ignorance is strength, We have always been at war with _____”
